Yes, we’re welcoming new private and Denplan patients. Around 90 to 100 people join us each month. Our NHS list is much more limited and we can only take on a small number of adults, so please ring us on 01642 315 745 to check availability before booking.

A lot of our patients would describe themselves that way. We don’t currently offer sedation, but we do give you time, explain everything before we do it, and stop when you ask us to. Jody is also happy to show you round the practice before your first appointment so nothing is unfamiliar on the day.

We keep emergency slots free every day. Existing patients are guaranteed an appointment within 24 hours and most people in real pain are seen the same day. If you’re not registered with us we’ll still fit you in as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours.

Forty-five minutes with Jody, our treatment co-ordinator, in person at the practice. She takes a smile history, photographs and a 3D scan, shows you a simulation of the likely result and gives you costs. There’s no obligation and nothing is decided on the day.

A comprehensive examination is £55 and includes any x-rays we need. It’s included in Denplan Essentials, and the fee is refunded if you join Essentials on the day.

Yes, through Tabeo. Treatment from £400 upwards can be spread over 12 months at 0% interest with no deposit needed to start, and longer terms up to 60 months are available where interest applies.

For most of our regular patients, yes. It covers your examinations and two hygiene visits a year, takes 15% off everything else, gives you priority emergency appointments, and spreads the cost across the year rather than landing it in one go.

Packages start at £3,455, which works out at around £287 a month over 12 months at 0% interest. Whitening and unlimited appointments are included in every package, and you can add edge bonding or composite veneers at the end.

Usually five to seven years before it needs refreshing, and we include a one year warranty on our composite work. Before anything is made permanent we do an in-mouth trial so you can see the result in your own mouth first.

Yes – implants, bridges and dentures, including full-arch implant treatment. Our implant surgeon has placed hundreds of implants, and we have a CBCT scanner on site so the planning is done here rather than elsewhere.

It varies from three months to two years depending on your risk of decay and gum disease. Someone with healthy gums and no fillings genuinely doesn’t need to come as often as someone we’re monitoring, and we’ll recommend an interval based on your mouth rather than a standard rule.
